Papers must be submitted through the EDAS web site. Click here to submit your paper via EDAS. Authors are required to register for an EDAS account prior to submitting papers (see here for details). The deadline for submission is July 31, 2007. Submitted papers should be no more than 6 pages long, and must conform to the specifications given on the authors instruction page here.
