Submitting papers for review

Accepted conference papers will be published in IEEE Xplore. Page limit is 6 pages. The following templates can be used for preparing the manuscripts:

• Download Microsoft word template (zip format).
• Download latex support file (zip format)

UPDATE: The online copyright system is now open here. The deadline for submission of copyright forms is October 15th. Completing this form will generate a PDF form for the author's records (this does not need to be sent separately to us).
