Conference registration includes morning/afternoon teas,
Lunch, Conference dinner and a Proceedings CD.
Places are limited for the conference dinner, so
attendance and additional ticket requests must be
indicated on the registration form. The
conference dinner is now full. Further requests will be
placed on a waiting list.

Author registration
Authors of accepted papers are required to submit
registration forms for the conference by October 15 to be
included in the proceedings. Authors who do not present
their paper at the conference will have the paper removed
from the publication. For authors of multiple papers a
limit of two papers per registration exists.
Registering for ISSNIP PHD/ECR Forum 2009
Accepted posters and demos should be registered by the
deadline of October 22, 2009. At least one author needs to
register and present for ISSNIP PhD/ECR Forum 2009, and
that person (the presenting author) can register on student
registration rate. Further registrations and participation
are welcome, as with any additional conference attendees. If
the other authors want to participate, as with any additional
conference attendees, they can register on student
registration rate only if they qualify as student. Otherwise,
they need to register at normal conference registration rate.
Please download the registration form provided above. The
presenting author must specify "ISSNIP PhD/ECR Forum" in the
"Paper ID" item of the registration form. You must also send
a copy of the student/staff ID with the registration form.
* IEEE Member rate applies only to registrants who are
IEEE members at the time of registration. Proof of
membership may be required at the registration desk.
** Student registration must be accompanied by proof of
current student status. Verification of status may consist
of a certification of registration, a copy of current
student identification (ID) card, or a letter from the
Head of Department or University Registrar. Students may
be asked to show their student ID at the registration desk.
