Application Forms must be accompanied with the correct payment. Attendance at the event will only be confirmed on receipt of the full payment.

For authors of accepted papers, forms should be received no later than Tuesday 19 October

Confirmation of 2010 registration will be sent via email. Receipt can be collected from registration desk at the venue.

In the event of cancellation and provided that written notice is received fourteen days prior to the event, a refund of 50% of the total fee will be made. If no notice of cancellation is received, no refund can be made. The organiser reserves the right to cancel any event. In this case, the full fee will be refunded unless a mutually convenient transfer can be arranged. Name substitutions are accepted at any time by fax or email.

The organiser is not, as a body, responsible for the views or opinions expressed by individual authors or speakers.

 

* IEEE Member rate applies only to registrants who are IEEE members at the time of registration. Proof of membership may be required at the registration desk.

** Student registration must be accompanied by proof of current student status. Verification of status may consist of a certification of registration, a copy of current student identification (ID) card, or a letter from the Head of Department or University Registrar. Students may be asked to show their student ID at the registration desk.
